Christine founded her practice in 2022. Living in Texas at the time, she was seeing an exciting emergence of creative, female-led start-ups that were excelling in vision, but overwhelmed when it came to operations. This new wave in business inspired her to act. Christine saw women doing extraordinary work in a system that was never designed with them in mind, and she knew she could help change that.

Today, Christine draws upon her background in corporate operations and development to support female founders in building operational foundations that enable their businesses breathe and grow.
